The Gift Label was growing rapidly internationally and needed a platform that could keep pace. The move to Shopify had to provide scalability and reliability, but also preserve the unique style that makes the brand so recognizable.

Data and features without loss

Syncer managed the complete data migration: products, customers, orders, content and SEO were carefully transferred. B2B functions were also preserved, including customer groups, specific pricing and volume discounts. This ensured that both consumer and business customers continued to enjoy a familiar experience.

Personalization and integrations

To give customers even more freedom, personalization in Shopify was made possible, allowing products to be easily customized. In addition, Syncer arranged integrations with Exact Online, MyParcel and Mollie. With a store clone, the familiar design was preserved and the transition for customers was seamless.
