Ellemilla women’s fashion with a warm heart

Ellemilla is a cozy online boutique with new collections of clothing, bags, shoes and accessories every week. The mix is affordable, trendy and basic with just that little bit different, making outfits immediately feel personal.


The starting shot

Before Syncer existed there was one project that set everything in motion. Ellemilla was looking for a new foundation for growth and experience and chose to switch from Lightspeed to Shopify Plus. That choice became the start of our approach and later of Syncer itself.

From sketch to custom design

Together with the Ellemilla team we translated the brand world into a fully custom design. Soft materials in imagery, warm copy and clear flows created a shop that feels like a stylish wardrobe you enjoy opening. The design was built pixel by pixel into one consistent experience from home to checkout.

Data that is correct

The content of the existing store was carefully moved along. Products, variants, content, customers and order history found their place in Shopify Plus with attention to structure and findability. This way everything remained familiar for returning customers while the new environment was ready for more traffic and more collection changes.

What we learned and why that matters

This very first project taught us how to bring creation, technology and migration into one rhythm. We developed methods for data mapping, test rounds and design sprints. Those lessons became the blueprint for the way Syncer approaches projects today.

The result

Ellemilla received a faster and more pleasant shop that strengthens the brand identity and gives room for weekly drops and campaigns. For us it was the birth of a method and a team that since then has carried out countless migrations.
