Syncer handled a complete data migration in which all products, customers and orders were flawlessly transferred. At the same time a completely new and tailor-made store design was developed, allowing Burned Sports to clearly stand out online. The Shopify back office was also set up from the start so the team could continue selling and expanding without delay.

Integration with the stores

An important part of this project was the implementation of Shopify POS. For Burned Sports, which runs multiple physical stores, this was essential to seamlessly connect online and offline. Inventory management, order processing and customer data were thereby brought together in one system, which greatly improved both internal processes and the customer experience.

The result

The switch gave Burned Sports not only a modern and scalable webshop, but also a smooth integration between their online channel and physical stores. With a striking new design, a solid back office and a reliable POS system Burned Sports is stronger than ever. That this project was also the very first migration project for Syncer makes it a milestone that shows how ambition and collaboration go hand in hand.
